Sedat Özaydın

Sedat Özaydın graduated from Istanbul University's Civil Engineering department in 2010 and began his career as a civil engineer. He subsequently worked as a real estate valuation specialist licensed by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and undertook court-appointed expert work between 2018 and 2021.

He later graduated from Istanbul Medeniyet University Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing a master's degree at the same university. His thesis concerns advance transfers of title under construction agreements in exchange for land shares. His interests include Real Estate Law, Enforcement and Insolvency Law, Employment Law and Consumer Law.
