- Within all stages of any contract to be concluded,
- Protecting our legitimate interests, provided that no harm is caused to your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Your personal data is stored with the necessary technical and administrative measures in place under the KVKK and the relevant legislation. Your personal data is not transferred to third parties other than in the following cases;
- Persons, authorities or institutions required or permitted by law and other legislation.
How Your Personal Data Is Collected
Your personal data is collected by wholly or partly automated means through the use of our website and the completion of the contact form, to be stored for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing.
Legal Basis for Collection
We process your data under the conditions set out in Law No. 6698, namely that "it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of that contract" and that "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, which governs the rights of the data subject, you may submit all requests concerning your personal data to Fırat Hukuk Bürosu in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
